It's been forever

Time has just been flying by, the days go by so fast. Here's a little glimpse of what's been going the last month or so. Our sweet baby boy is also 3 mos already it feels like he just came. He has been just a joy.

We had Samantha's 9th birthday. She's growing up too fast for me. I made a Hello Kitty cake.

There was also Halloween,

We had Felicity's 3rd birthday, I can't believe she's already 3. I made a Tangled tower.

Samantha won an art package from the grocery store for guessing the weight of this huge pumpkin. 700 pds

We had Paul Jr's baptism in November. He was wearing the same outfit Forrest, Paul and his dad wore. It's amazing after 70 plus years it's still together.

Our new little blessing is here. He was born now three weeks ago, I'm a little behind getting this up, it's amazing how fast the days go by. Anyways our little guy is very sweet and we are all enjoying him so much. He was well worth the wait, Here are a few pictures of him.

Almost Time

Well it's almost time for us to meet our new little guy. I'm still being induced on the 28th if he doesn't decide to come before. I have been reading on different ways people have started labor, we will see, my husband doesn't not want me to do anything until he is in the area on the way home. I was really hoping to go into labor naturally just one time would be nice, I have been induced with all of my children. I think I will be happy not to be pregnant but then it is bittersweet because this may be the last time.

We have everything ready and I have been just been finishing up little things around the house. I'm almost all organized with school. I think we will start on Sept 19th. It's so hard to think that this is the start of our 5th year and I have began to overlap certain subjects now with Samantha.

Cooking Day

I thought I would post on what the kids and I have done for cooking days thus far.

Week 1-We did make your own ice cream sundaes. I put out a bunch of stuff and they just put what they wanted.

Week 2- This week it was Fathers Day so we decided to make Peanut Butter Cookies for the Dads and my kids Grandpa that lives in town. We quadrupled the recipe. I have shared this recipe before it is from one of Paula Deens cookbooks and its so easy.
1 Cup Sugar- plus sugar for dusting tops
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Egg
Roll into small balls and then press them down doing a crisscross design with fork. Bake at 350 for
about 8 to 10 mins. I just keep a close eye on them.

Week 3- This week we did a smores recipe by Mr. Food. Here is the link. It was easy and the kids had fun and likes it.

28 WEEK UPDATE

I'm back with my 28 week update, I'm a little slow because I'm actually 30 weeks now. I had another ultrasound, appt and then labs. My ultrasound and appt went good. My blood pressure was the lowest its been, so weird though, but I'll take it. I had my labs everything was good except for I didn't pass my sugar test again. I had to go back in for the 3 hour test. I did pass that. Yeah!!! I was so happy. I'm still going to try and follow the diabetes diet I've been on. I think it has helped alot keeping my weight steady.
I've also still been bike riding, not a crazy amount but at least a few times a week, It has helped so much in my opinion, I wish I would have had a bike with the other three.  We all can't wait for the time to come and I can't wait to hold my little guy:)
